Established in 2008, EITACIES operates with the vision of harnessing technologies and rendering tailored tech solutions for clients. The early ‘08s were a time when organizations began to comprehend the need for advanced solutions to expedite their processes.
The seed for EITACIES was sown during this period. The founder team manifested their dream of building a sustainable empire by answering the calls of emerging clients and addressing their technological gaps.

With persistence and passion, EITACIES grew strongly over the years. The team grew gradually, forging sturdy relationships with clients. We extended our operations by establishing delivery centers globally, leveraging the innovative capabilities of young minds.
We also expanded our service offerings, adding newer technologies facilitating our clients to adapt to evolving digital landscapes.

Nirmal Kumar Gorla
President, EITACIES
Nirmal Kumar Gorla is the President of EITACIES, bringing more than 20 years of experience across IT services, enterprise technology, digital solutions, product development, and customer success. Over the course of his career, he has held technical and leadership roles across diverse industry verticals, working with organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. At EITACIES, Nirmal provides strategic direction for the organization, with a focus on technology innovation, global delivery, customer relationships, and sustainable business growth. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati.
Viswa Tharigonda
Global Operations Head, EITACIES
Viswanath Tharigonda leads Global Operations at EITACIES and brings more than 17 years of experience in operations and organizational management. He plays an important role in overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating internal teams, and supporting the effective execution of EITACIES’ business and delivery activities. His operational experience helps strengthen internal processes, improve cross-functional coordination, and support the organization’s expanding delivery requirements.
Srinu Varre
Global Finance Manager, EITACIES
Srinu Varre leads the global Finance function at EITACIES and brings more than 15 years of professional experience working across organizations of different sizes. He is responsible for overseeing finance operations across EITACIES’ global business and supporting the organization with financial coordination and oversight. His experience in both smaller and larger corporate environments gives him a broad perspective on the financial needs of a growing technology organization.
Thiruvalluvan Kanniappan
Director – Managed Services, EITACIES
Thiruvalluvan Kanniappan brings more than 21 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, database administration, systems administration, vendor coordination, performance engineering, ETL, and testing. Prior to EITACIES, he spent more than 15 years with Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he held delivery leadership roles and managed IT infrastructure environments for global customers. Thiru is an Oracle Certified Professional and ITIL certified. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras, Chennai, and brings extensive enterprise delivery experience to EITACIES’ Managed Services practice.
Deepu Reddy
Account & Recruitment Manager, EITACIES
Deepu Reddy is a workforce and client relationship professional with more than 17 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, account management, and client engagement. At EITACIES, she works closely with clients and recruiting teams to understand workforce requirements and identify qualified technology professionals. Deepu holds a postgraduate qualification from MATS School of Business Studies, Jain Group, Bangalore, with specialization in International Business, Human Resources, and Marketing. Her experience in recruiting, sourcing, and relationship management supports EITACIES’ ability to deliver responsive and effective workforce solutions.
Delphina Joseph
HR & Project Delivery Manager, EITACIES
Delphina Joseph is an experienced professional with more than a decade of experience supporting both human resources and project delivery functions. At EITACIES, she contributes to HR operations, university and internship programs, while also helping manage project delivery, stakeholder coordination, resource planning, and team collaboration. Her experience spans project management, business analysis, project tools and technologies, database platforms, and cloud environments. Delphina plays an important role in connecting people, processes, and delivery teams to help ensure smooth operations, effective workforce coordination, and successful execution internal projects.
Dhiren Guduru
Project Manager, EITACIES
Dhiren Guduru is an experienced IT professional with more than 15 years of experience in project management and enterprise technology delivery. He has supported Fortune 500 clients including Autodesk, Wells Fargo, and Macy’s through leading IT services organizations. At EITACIES, Dhiren focuses on project planning, stakeholder coordination, delivery execution, and ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations. His experience includes TIBCO, EDI integrations, and end-to-end warehouse implementations, with involvement across the complete project lifecycle from design and implementation through testing, go-live, and post-production support. Dhiren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Osmania University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from UNVA.
